All garments at The Modelist are made to order with care, ensuring quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. This means that each item is prepared specifically for you and is not pre-made.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days from the date of purchase. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, and you will be notified if there are any delays.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Made-to-Order Items

Because our garments are made to order:

  • Please ensure that your order details, including size and item selection, are correct before placing your order.

  • Exchanges and returns are subject to our exchange policy and must meet the eligibility criteria.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the courier’s system.

International Shipping

Currently, The Modelist ships within South Africa only. For international orders, please contact us at info@themodelist.co.za.

Issues with Delivery

Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@themodelist.co.za so that we can address the issue promptly.
